FAQ — How Do We Get This Done?
📍 Where do you perform the service?
We can work on your driveway, garage, a residential parking area, or a business parking area. Note: The vehicle must be within 200 feet of an electrical outlet so we can power our specialized tools.
👤 Do I need to be present?
We can work with you right there, or while you are elsewhere or busy inside your home or office.
🚘 Can you restore lenses with the hood closed?
We much prefer to work with the hood open so that we can easily reach all parts and edge angles of the headlights. If someone cannot be there to open the hood for us, please leave the hood un-latched so we can safely lift it and do a proper job. When we are finished, we will securely close and lock the hood. If you prefer to leave the hood completely locked closed, we will reach as far as possible around it with good results, but some edge parts of your light might still remain dull when you open the hood later.
🧼 What happens after the job is complete?
The work area will be completely clean when we are done. The area directly around the lights will be washed gently by hand. Important: Do not wash the car for 48 hours after service so the premium protective UV coating can fully cure.

Note: Rates may increase if there is unforeseen or severe physical damage to your lenses requiring heavy structural repair. Damage entirely on the inside of the light housing cannot be repaired. Vehicles wrapped with specialized film/coatings require extreme delicacy; we will evaluate these on-site.
